    I do not know how many of you listened the following video interview:-
    FTE’s Dr Russom Mesfun Interviews : Ambassador Andebrhan Welde Giorgis Part 1
    and part 2 , I tell you In this interview about all defamation allegation to that some of you practising, Dr, Russom in an fair and unpolite way like a criminal by formulating was he asked Ambassador Dr. A.W. But About all false allegation and defamation towards him, Ambassador in cool and polite manner was gave satisfactory answer, which brings in to light How and what it was his conflict and diferences began with Dictator isayas while was serving as Asmara University president,as bank manager, as Ambassador Of Eritrea in European Union (In Belgium,) Specially. If in case you do not know he served also as The Netherlands France, Luxembourg, , Portugal, Spain and the UK; Permanent Representative to the IMO and UNESCO; special envoy to the African Great Lakes Region and special advisor to the president of the Democratic Republic of Congo; and Commissioner for Coordination with UNMEE. Etc. Actually as Dr. Andebirhan Ato Kibrom Dafla also similarly explained,the bank, the Airlines and the University independently from dictator isayas interference and control because both for suggested to be administrated was their conflict began with him. So, while knowing Isayas´s behaviour as do not like to see any capable intellectuals around him, Why are you defaming and bombarding such worthy person? Above than this openness and transparency, what more else do you like to tell you, or to see repentance? Or you mean to serve a country is sin and crime?

      I don’t think you know Andeberhan (aka Toro). He was for many years the dictator’s main guy. He must recant. And answer to so many people whose lives he destroyed. Just wait for the right time. Andeberhan thinks he can evade accountability by jumping ship at this late hour. He can’t.

    part 2
    I tell you those making loud noise by defaming liked to discredit are people with PFDJ background, Awragawyan, Demhits are. These people exactly know how our struggle for justice in need of intellectuals participation. So, let alone by US and EU known person like Amb. A.W, even an ordinary, Musicians,sportsmen, journalists, businessmen, etc when left the regime, we know how PFDJ 03 agents start defaming a person. So no wonder this time seeing and hearing Dr. Andebirhan´s alike people activity if PFDJ higly because disturbed start defaming. Their fear is understandable. The US and EU using Ambassador Andebirhan´s experience with them not to put him in power because they so scare it is. Anyway, this or that way without good will of the US and western power interference, do not expect regime change and who to rule us to apoint. In most third world nation including Ethiopia that was the case. In Eritrea also will not be different. As to those power hungry wicked minded my massage, Isayas because in wrong cursed way because damaged your brain, you may think in his similar way to think a one man show leading party, but i assure you to heal the Eritrean wounded psyche and wicked mentality, As Lord Jesus Christ said, “The harvest indeed is plentiful, but the labourers are few.” (Matthew 9,37) Our nation harvest also so big is, the nation is in need of a lot of workers and intellectuals not only Dr. Andebirhan. As far as you have competence and sincere heart, there will be enough position to each and every one of you, don´t worry about that, but you have to know one fact. In democratic in justice rules Eritrea, a power will be to serve the nation and people like servant, not to dominate, suppress and to get personal value and advantage, like from Isayas administration you inherited or experienced. .

    Amb.A.W. Those of you who admire A.A.W. know him only from a distance. Those who know him well I am sure they don’t like to see him at the helm of political power in Eritrea. If you think those who don’t idolize him are sectarian. You are not different but,however, you can have him as your own leader but cannot force those who don’t want him period. This time no body will rule any section of society without their free will.

    Eritrean Opposition parties need to come on the same table and agree on the ways forward for the future of Eritrea!

      It is being done at this moment at the London Conference. We shall see the outcome by the end of today >>Saturday, 28 March 2015 (Lone Time). It would be the TURNING POINT, one way or the other.

        correction: Please correct “Lone” to read “London”

    Assenna It is indeed good news an Eritrean scholar inviting with the 4 items for discussion. I am really convinced it could be a landmark to the on going struggle against the fascist – Isayas Afeworki. Ambassador Andeberhan has a lot of background in the struggle to Independence and also political knowledge to evaluate the situation in Eritrea and under this context give concrete venues for the struggle to success. Besides, the opposition struggle could not achieve to create working principle for the opposition. Amb. Andeberhan has the resources to jump start a working strategy and let us give him the welcoming salute as a leader, whose kind has not appeared to in the stage so far. I think it is time to consider this veteran fighter and scholar a chance to lead in the struggle and to give the opposition a resourceful leader for a jump start and finish the long and hard struggle

      Andeberhan has to first answer for crimes he committed. In due time, in due time.

      • Mahta March 29, 2015

        Why don’t you tell us about his crimes? How many ppl he killed or any mass graves you might know…eske negerena…

  • Keleta H March 28, 2015

    The Eritrean politics or struggle is not for the faint hearted. These ghedli leadership or membership totally lost their credibility and their fame in history. They will be remembered instead for their selfish and disgraceful actions on their own people. They’ll be remembered for robbing the Eritrean peoples’ human dignity and the rightful ownership of the nation. The’ll be remembered for betraying the trust of the people.
    Judgement day is very near. Everyone will reap what he has sowed. And in the end the truth will prevail and the truth shall set the captives free. And on this Ambassador Andebrehan, one monkey can only follow his big monkey boss that is the godfather DIA.

    I am attracted by so many commentaries (just a shy off the number 100). Here is my take:
    1. Freedom of Expression
    First and foremost, every Eritrean must be FREE to express her/his opinion on any subject matter,without any intimidation from self-appointed nationalists. This must be the foundation upon which future Eritrea must be built (hopefully)
    2. Mr. Anderberhan Wolde Giorgis :
    a) Let us not forget that he is inviting anyone to listen to his speech. Take it or leave it;
    b) Everybody who attends the speech is FREE to ask any question (intense or lukewarm);
    c) And that would be the end of the civilized meeting (hopefully)

    3. Handling of past crimes in ”liberation” of Eritrea
    a) Any Eritrean must be FREE to document any crime perpetrated by any member of the “liberation” forces or anyone else;
    b) WE should also be cognizant that the civilized manner of handling such crimes would have to been done by Eritrean Court of Law, constitutionally appointed by Elders, Judges and Lawyers in the Capital City of Eritrea, or any City therein, considered appropriate for any historical reason; and
    c) The above process must,of course, be based on constitutionally grounded State of Eritrea. Otherwise, it would be meaningless exercise – just like the commentaries and bits and pieces that we have in the Internet Junk Yard, as pastime occupation.
    4. The Road to Political Sanity
    a) Eritreans Scholars must step on the plate and craft a way to political sanity for New Eritrea;
    b) Eritreans, in general, must recognize that the viability of Eritrea depends upon their unwavering UNITY, regardless of their parochial affinities; and finally
    c) Failure to do so [ a) and b)] is tantamount to accepting the fragmentation of “ERITREA” into pieces — a wanton act of historical irresponsibility by each and every Eritrean. What a TRAGEDY!
    THE END

    Mr. Keleta, generalization isnot fair. I accept your comments if you referring to the higher ranking bad leaders in their respective positions. I fully accept your comments if you are meant to those who were and are stakeholders in the multitudes of crimes. When I say crime, some naive individuals think that it is only killing innocent people. No, crime has a broader meaning,such as obstruction of justice,corruption, bribery,mass starvation,mass killings,power abuse,rape,torture,modern slavery,ruin of public properties,embezzlement of public funds,hoaxes, blackmailing,kidnapping and elimination and so forth
