It is very hard to believe how could the murderers like Philiphos and Woldu Barya be forgiven as if they did not get involved in some of the most serious and shocking crimes committed before and after Independence? I think thousands of citizens will find it very disappointing unless the three month ultimatum given to the cold-blooded sick men revised. It will also send a discouraging message to those citizens who are actively engaged in the process of struggle for justice. There are many well documented facts that the two despots, Philipos and woldu barya were heavily involved in killing and torturing hundreds of innocent Eritreans after the Independence. I am personally delighted to see such steps have been taken from within the country, however, we must be able to look from all angles in depth, this call has a very sensitive message in it. It seems to me it is far from simplistic. There are even some individuals still enjoying life in the West despite their atrocities in the past during the armed struggle for independence. Of course, we understand the fact that we all Eritreans have a tough and long way ahead before we get our destination and see those perpetrators face a complete justice. I hope we will continue our work tirelessly to the end until free and democratic country Eritrea, where our martyrs are rewarded for the blood and treasure they paid have paid.
A good start that encourages every Eritrean who seek justice and freedom in Eritrea. You have the right names as a target…the only thing remaining is put this theory in action. Show us the execution of one criminal in Asmara and things will be over fast!!!
My fellow Eritreans, we don’t need 1000 people to carry this..just 10 people that are ready to chop the one you put as first class Eritrean enemies DIA, Kisha, Monkey, Charlie, Teame (Mekele) and Manjus. Get them in bars, get them when they visit their families, at work, wherever…just start with one! Eritrean people are seeking justice……!!!
