ካብ ምዕራይ፡ ምፍራስ ዝምረጸሉ ኩነታት (to reform or to abolish) ብ ኣማኑኤል ሳህለ   ሓደ እዋን ኣብ ኤውሮጳ ተለቪዥነይ ምስራሕ ኣብያስ ርእይቶን ምኽርን ንምርካብ ናብቶም ተለቪዥን ዘዐርዩ ጠቢባን ከይደ። እታ ኣብቲ ድኳን ዝጸንሓትኒ ኣስተናጋዲት፡ ሓዳስ ተለቪዥን ዘይትዕድግ ብምባል

ሓደ እዋን ኣብ ኤውሮጳ ተለቪዥነይ ምስራሕ ኣብያስ ርእይቶን ምኽርን ንምርካብ ናብቶም ተለቪዥን ዘዐርዩ ጠቢባን ከይደ። እታ ኣብቲ ድኳን ዝጸንሓትኒ ኣስተናጋዲት፡ ሓዳስ ተለቪዥን ዘይትዕድግ ብምባል እያ ርእይቶኣ ዝሃበትኒ። እቲ ዘቕረበቶ ምኽንያት ድማ፡ ነታ ተለቪዥን ንምዕራይ ዚኽፈል ገንዘብ፡ ክልተ ዕጽፊ ዋጋ ናይ ሓንቲ ሓዳስ ተለቪዥን እዩ ዚብል ዘስደምም ሓበሬታ ነበረ። ሓዳስ ንኽዕድግ ድማ ምኽራ ለጊሳትለይ።

 

ምኽራ ተቐቢለ ሓዳስ ተለቪዥን ዓዲገ። ነታ ኣረጊት ኣበይ ከም ዝድርብያ ግን ሓርቢቱኒ እዩ ቐንዩ። ለካ ንምጕሓፍ ድማ ጸገም ኣሎዎዩ። ነተን ኣብ ቤት-ኣጋይሽኻ ከቢረን ዚቕመጣ ዝነበራ ተለቪዥናት፡ ምስራሕ ምስ ዚኣብያ፡ ጎታቲት ዓረብያ ተኻሪኻ ኢኻ ናብቲ ፍሉይን፡ ካብቲ ከተማ ርሕቕ ዝበለን ስካሪኮ ብምኻድ እትድርብየን። ኣድግስ ካብታ ሞታ፡ እቲ ምጕታታ ተባሂሉ እዩ።

 

ነዚ ተዘክሮዚ ዘምጻእኩዎ፡ እቲ ንምጽጋን ወይ ንምዕራይ ስርዓት ሃገርና (reform) ዚምልከት ካብ ገለ ሰባት ዚቐርብ ሓሳባት ወይ ርእይቶ ኣብ ኣእምሮይ ኣትዩ ክሓስብ ስለ ዝደረኸኒ እዩ።

 

ኣነ ናይ ታሪኽ እምበር ናይ ፖለቲካ ምሁር ኣይኮነኩን፡ ስለዚ እቲ ርእይቶይ ኣብ ታሪኻውን ፍልስፍናውን ገጻቱ ደሓን እኳ እንተ ኾነ፡ ኣብቲ ፖለቲካዊ ገጻቱ ግን ብዙሕ ዚጎድሎ ኪህሉዎ ይኽእል እዩሞ፡ ኣቕዲመ ክሕብር እፈቱ።

 

ብቐዳምነት ኪብሃል ዘለዎ፡ እቶም  ንእተባላሸወ ህንጻ ካብ ምፍራስ፡ ምዕራዩ ዚመርጹ፡ ብዛዕባቲ ህንጻ ኣጸቢቖም ኪፈልጡ ይግባእ። ማለት፡ ኣብ ምብልሻው ከይተረፈ፡ ደረጃታት ከም ዘሎ ኪግንዘቡ ኣድላዪ እዩ። ተስፋ ዚህብ ምብልሻው ኣሎ፡ ተስፋ ዘይህብ ምብልሻው ከኣ ኣሎ። እታ ኣብ ላዕሊ ከም ምሳሌ ተጠቒሳ ዘላ ተለቪዥን፡ ተስፋ ዘይነበራ እያ ነይራ። ቀቅሩብ ተርእይ ነይራ እንተ ትኸውን፡ ወይ ነቲ ስእሊ ገልቢጣ ጥራይ ተርእዮ ነይራ እንተ ትኸውን፡ ወይውን ኣብ ክንዲ ሕብሪ፡ ንኹሉ ሓምላይ ገይራ ተርእዮ ነይራ ጥራይ እንተ ትኸውን፡ ምናልባት ዝፈልጥን ዘይፈልጥን ሰብ ተኣኻኺቡ ንምዕራያ ሓርኮትኮት ምበለ፡ ወይውን ከምቲ ኩሉ ሰብ ዚገብሮ ብግናዕ ኣእዳውና ምዘበጥናያ። ግን ንሳ ንማለቱኳ ብልጭ ብልጭ ብምባል ንእሽቶ ተስፋ ኣይሃበትናን። ብድሕርዚ፡ ነቲ እታ ኣስተናጋዲት ዘቕረበቶ ርእይቶ ክንቅበሎ ተገዲድና። ንሱ ድማ ምጕሓፍ እዩ።

 

ስርዓት ኤርትራ ኣብ ኩሉ ወገናቱ እዩ ተባላሽዩ። እዚ ምስ ኣዓረኹ፡ እቲ ዝተረፈ ይሰርሕ ይኸውን እዩ እትብለሉ ተስፋታት የልቦን። ስለዚ ምናልባት እቲ ዘሎ ስርዓት ኪዕረ ግድን ምስ ዚኸውን፡ ኣዚዩ ልዑል ፋይናንሳውን ማተርያላውን ወጻኢታት፡ ሓያል ናይ ምግንዛብን ናይ ምትንታንን  ስራሕ፡ ከቢድ ናይ ምእካብን ምውዳብን ዕማም፡ ዓሚቝ ናይ ፖሊሲታት ምውጻእን ምንዳፍን ፍልጠት፡ ረቂቕ ስልትን ሜላታትን ብልሓታትን፡ ልዑል ናይ ምግማትን ምስትውዓልን ክእለት፡ ቆራጽነት፡ ድፍረት፡ ዘይሕለል ትዕግስትን ተወፋይነትን ሃገራውነትን፡ ድልዱል መርገጽን ራእይን ከም ዚሓትት ዘጠራጥር ኣይኮነን።

 

እቲ ስርዓት ንኺዕረ ክሳዕ ክንድዚ ‘ወጻኢታት’ ዘድልዮስ እንታይ ስለ ዝኾነ እዩ? ወይስ እንታይ ኣበራት ስለ ዘለዎ እዩ ኢልካ ምሕታት ኣገዳሲ እዩ። ብዙሕ ‘ወጻኢታት’ ዘድልየሉ ምኽንያት፡ እቲ ሕማሙ ወይ ብልሽቱ ናብቲ ኣዚዩ ዝለዓለ ደረጃ ስለ ዝበጽሐ እዩ። ነቲ ቅርጽታቱ ጸጊንካ ወይ ነቲ ኣውታራቱ ጸልጺልካ ወይ ነቲ ቄናን ዝኾነ ፖሊሲታቱን መደባቱን ኣቕኒዕካ ዚዕረ ኣይኮነን። እቲ ሕማም ኣብ ኩሉ ባህላውን ፖለቲካውን ቁጠባውን ምምሕዳራውን ተቕዋማት ልሒሙ እዩ። በዚ እተላዕለ፡ እቲ ስርዓት ናይ መንግስትነት ባህርያቱ ለዊጡ ናብ ፋሉልነት ካብ ዚሰጋገር ነዊሕ ኮይኑ እዩ። ናይ መንግስቲ ባህርይ ብዘይ ምህላዉ ምኽንያት ድማ፡ እቲ ንሕሙም መንግስቲ ዚወሃብ ኣፋውስ ወይ ከኒናታት ሂብካዮውን ዚድሕን ኣይመስልን። እንተ ደሓነውን፡ ንነዊሕ ኪጎዓዝ ኣይክእልን።

 

ገለ ሰባት ግን፡ ንምዕራይ ከም እንኮ ምርጫ ገይሮም ኢዮም ዚወስዱዎ። ዘቕርቡዎ ምኽንያት ከኣ ኣለዎም። ካብቲ ዘቕርቡዎ ምኽንያታት እቲ ቀንዲ ነተን ተቓወምቲ ውድባት ዚምልከትን፡ ኣባታተን ዘለዎም ናይ እምነት ጕድለትን እዩ። እዚ ድማ፡ እተን ውድባት ካብ ናይ ወጻኢ ሓይሊ ጽልዋታትን፡ ሕቡእ ኣጀንዳታትን ናጻ ኪኾና ኣይክእላን እየን ዚብል እዩ። መንዩ ዚምውለን? ስለምንታይ? ብዘይ ረብሓን ብዘይ ተልእኾን ኪነጥፋ ይኽእላዶ? ኣብቲ ህዝበን ዘለወን ተኣማንነት ስነልቦናዊ ምትእስሳርን ወይ ዘጥረያኦ ውክልና (mandate) ክሳዕ ክንደይ እዩ? ኣብ ነንሓድሕደንከ ስኒት ኣለወን ዲዩ፡ ሓባራዊ ራኢኸ ኣጥርየን ድየን ወይስ ብህልኽን ቅርሕንትን እተባዕጣ እየን? ስለዚ፡ ነዚኣተን ኣሚንካ መንግስቲ ካብ ምቕባለን፡ ነቲ ዘሎ ስርዓት ኣዓሪኻ ምቕጻል ይሓይሽ ኣብ ዚብል ኣረኣእያ ዚበጽሑ ውሑዳት ኣይኮኑን።

 

ምናልባት ምስዚ ኣርእስትና ብዙሕ ዚሳነ ኣይኹን እምበር፡ ብገለ ወገናቱ ነቲ ናይ ፓርቲታት ባህርያት ዘንጸባርቕ ሓደ ዋዛ ምስ ቁምነገር ከዘንቱ። ኣብ ዓዲ ህንዲ ኣብ ሓደ ናይ ፖለቲካዊ ምርጫ ታቤላ፡ ናይ ሓደ ተወዳዳሪ ስእሊ ተለጢፉ ነይሩ። ከምቲ ኩሉ ዚብሎን ዚዝምሮን፡ ምረጹኒ እዩ ዚብል ነይሩ። ሓድሽ ተወዳዳሪ ብምዃኑ ድማ፡ እንተ መሪጽኩምኒ ከምዚ ክገብርየ ኸምዚ ክፈጥርየ ወዘተ ምባሉ ኣይተረፎን። ኣብ ጥቓኡ ግን ናይ ካልእ ተወዳዳሪ ታቤላ ነይሩ። እዚ ተወዳዳሪዚ፡ ሓድሽ ኣይኮነን። ኣብቲ ፓርላማ ነዊሕ ዝገበረ ሰብ እዩ። እዚ ሰብዚ ነቲ ታቤላታቱ ኣብ ጥቓ ናይቶም ሓደስቲ ተወዳደርቲ እዩ ዚልጥፎ ነይሩ። ከምዚ ዚብል ጽሑፍ ድማ ኣብ ትሕቲ ስእሉ ኣንቢሩ ነይሩ፥ ” ኣቱም ስባት፡ ንኣይ ምረጹ። እዚ ኣብ ጥቓይ ዘሎ ተወዳዳሪ ሓድሽ ብምዃኑ ጌና ብስርቅን ብጉቦን ሞኽ ከብለኩም እዩ። ንኣይ ምስ እትመርጹ ግን፡ ዛጊት ዝኣክል ሰሪቐን ጉቦ በሊዐን ስለ ዝኾንኩ፡ ብድሕሪ ሕጂ ብቕንዕናን ብስነስርዓትን ከገልግለኩም ምዃነይ ፍለጡ። ንኣይ ደኣ ምረጹ።”

 

እቲ ሕጂ ኣብ ስልጣን ዘሎ ስርዓት፡ ሽሕኳ ርኡይ ብልሽውና ዘንጸባርቕን ዘይሕከኽ ገበን ዝፈጸመን እንተ ኾነ፡ እቲ ኪትክኦ ዚመጽእ ሓድሽ ስርዓት ጌና ከም ውድብ ኮይኑ ኣብ ደገ ኪነጥፍ ከሎ፡ ብዙሕ ንሃገርን ንህዝብን ዚጎድእ ኣሉታዊ ራእይን ፖሊሲታትን መደባትን ከየጥረየ ዝተርፍ ኣይኮነን። ብሰንኪ ከምዚ ዝበለ ባህርያት ድማ፡ እታ ሃገር ካብቲ  ኣብ ግዜ ህግደፍ ተጋጢሙዋ ዘሎ ሃይማኖታዊ ወይ ኣውራጃዊ ወይ ፖለቲካዊ ምምቓቕልን ምክፍፋልን ምጥርጣራትን ዝኸፍአ ከጋጥማ ይኽእል እዩ። ነቲ ዘስተውዕል ሰብ፡ እቲ ኣብ ገለ ሃገራት ኣፍሪቃን፡ ኣብ ማእከላይ ምስራቕን ዚረአ ዘሎ ፍጻመታት እኹል ኣብነት እዩ።

 

ብተወሳኺ፡ ኣብ ታሪኻት ዓለም ከም እተራእየ፡ ሓደ ዲክታቶርያዊ ስርዓት ምስ ኣልገሰ ወይ ምስ ፈረሰ፡ እቲ ዚትክኦ ስርዓት ኣብቲ ናቱ ቅርጽታት (mould) ንኺሽመም ዘለዎ ተኽእሎ ዓቢ እዩ።

 

ኣብ ደገ ኸሎ ብሩህ ራእይ ዘይነበሮ፡ ኣብ ነብሱ ተኣማንነት ዘጕደለ፡ ደሞክራስያዊ ባህሊ ዘየማዕበለ፡ ከምኡውን ገለ ሕቡእ ኣጀንዳ ዘለዎ፡ ንጥፈታቱ ብናይ ካልኦት ረድኤት ዚምወል ወዘተ. ውድብ፡ ነቲ ዲክታቶራዊ ስርዓት ኪትክኦ ኸሎ፡ ምስኡ ተማሊኡዎ ዚመጽእ ብዙሕ ኣሉታዊ ባህርያት ኪህሉ ይኽእል። እዚ ኣሉታዊ ፖሊሲታትን መደባትን ኣብቲ ህዝቢ ተቐባልነት ምስ ዚስእን ድማ፡ ስልጣኑ ንምዕቃብ ኣብቲ ናይቲ ዘፍረሶ ዲክታቶርያዊ ስርዓት ጉድጓድ ኪሽመም ግዜ ኣይወስደሉን።

 

ነዚ ዚጻረር ምጕት (argument) ዘቕርቡ፡ ማለት ንምፍራስ ዘይኮነስ ንምዕራይ ዚመርጹ ውሑዳት ኣይኮኑን። እዚኣቶም ዘቕርቡዎ ነጥብታት ድማ ኣገዳሲ እዩ።

 

ብመጀመርታ፡ ምዕራይ ወይ ምጽጋን ኣብቲ ናይቲ እተበላሸወ ወይ እተሰብረ ነገር ናይ ብልሽውና ወይ መስበርቲ ኩነታት ወይ ደረጃታት እተመስረተ እዩ። ሓደ ስርዓት ንኺዕረ ብብዙሕ ምኽንያታት ጸገማት የጋጥሞ እዩ። ካብዚ ጸገማትዚ ንምትቃስ፥ ናይቲ መንግስትን ህዝብን ልማዳዊ ፖለቲካውን ባህላውን ኣካይዳ ወይ ኣቃውማ (political and cultural inertia) አዩ። ወድሰብ ካብቲ ዝለመዶን ካብቲ ኣብ ደሙ ዝሰረጸን ልምድን ኣካይዳን፡ ወላውን ዚጎድኦ እንተ ኾነ፡ ብቐሊሉ ንኺላቐቕ ኣብ ውሽጡ ሓያል ናይ ኣእምሮ ሰውራ ከካይድ ኣለዎ። ቀጺሉ፡ ብዘይ ስርዓትን ብፋሉላዊ መገድን እተሓንጸጹ ፖሊሲታትን መደባትን፡ ከምኡውን ነዚኣቶም መሰረት ብምግባር እተሃንጹ ምምሕዳራዊ ትካላትን ኣውታራትን ከትዐርዮም ምፍታን ኣዚዩ ኣጸጋምን ግዜ ዚበልዕን ኪኸውን ይኽእል። ኣብቲ ንምዕራይ ዚግበር ፈተነታት ድማ ናይቲ ዝሓለፈ ስርዓት ተረፍመረፍ ባህልታትን ሜላታትን ከይተፈልጡ ናብቲ ሓድሽ ስርዓት ኪሰጋገሩ ዘለዎም ተኽእሎ ኣዚዩ ዓቢ ምዃኑ ምግንዛብ ኣድላዪ እዩ።

 

ካብ ኣፍሪስካ ምህናጽ፡ ነቲ ዝነበረ ኣዓሪኻ ክትቅጽል ዝሕሸሉ ኩነታት ብዙሕ እኳ እንተ ኾነ፡ ነቲ ንምዕራዩ ካብ ጥቕሙ ጉድኣቱ ዚዓቢ ስርዓት ወይ ተቕዋም ግን ምሒኻ እንተ ደርበኻዮን፡ ኣብ ክንዳኡ ድማ ሓድሽ እንተ ሃነጽካ ዝሓሸ ኮይኑ ይረኣየኒ።

 

ሓድሓደ ግዜ ጉልበትካን ግዜኻ ኣብቲ ፍረ ዘይብሉ ናይ ምዕራይን ምጽጋንን ዕማም ካብ ምውዓል፡ ነቲ ዝነበረ ኣፍሪስካ ሓድሽ ምህናጽ ይሓይሽ ዚብል ርእይቶ ዝያዳ ህዝባዊ ተቐባልነት ዘለዎ ይመስል። ከምኡ እንተ ዘይከውን ነይሩ ድማ፡ ኣብ ዓለምና ህዝባውያን ሰውራታት ኣይምተራእዩን። ሓድሓደ ንምጥቃስ፥ ናይ ፈረንሳ ሰውራ፡ ናይ ኣመሪካ ሰውራ፡ ናይ ቦልሸቪክ ሰውራ፡ ናይ ቻይና ሰውራ፡ ናይ ሊብያን ግብጽን ሰውራ፡ ወዘተ.።  ርግጽዩ፡ ንሓደ ስርዓት ምሒኻ ምስ ደርበኻዮ ኪፍጠር ዚኽእል ነውጽን ዕግርግርን ዝሩግነትን ስድነትን ነታ ሃገር ኣብ ስግኣት ከውድቓ ይኽእል እዩ። ንኸምዚ ዝበለ ማሕበራውን ህዝባውን ፖለቲካውን ዕግርግር ግን፡ ናይታ ስልጣን እትሕዝ ውድብን ናይቶም ተወዳዳርቲ ውድባትን ክእለትን ሜላን ጥራይ እዩ ኪፈትሖን ከዝሕሎን ዚኽእል። ንኸምዚ ዝበለ ኩነታት ተዳልየን ዘይጸንሓ ውድባት ድማ፡ ኣብ ስልጣን እውን ኪድዪባ ዚግባአን ኣይኮነን።

 

ደርጋውያን፡ ኣብ ምምሕዳር ኤርትራን ኣብቲ ጠለባት ህዝብን ገለ ምትዕርራያት ብምግባር መግዛእቶም ኪቕጽሉ ፈቲኖም ነይሮም። ግን እቲ ሕጂ ተረኺቡ ዘሎ ተዛማዲ ናጽነትን ሓበንን ኤርትራ፡ ንኣታቶም ምሒኻ ደርቢኻ ጥራይ እዩ ኪርከብ ዚኽእል ነይሩ።

ብወገኑ፡ ኢትዮጵያዊ ተጋዳላይ፡ ነቲ ናይ ግፍዕን መከራን ደርጋዊ ህንጻ፡ ብምትዕርራይን ብምጽጋንን ጥራይ ናብቲ ንቡር መልክዑ ኪመልሶ ኣይፈተነን። እቲ ቃልሱስ ንስርዓት ደርጊ ምሒኻ ምድርባይ ጥራይ አዩ ነይሩ።

ይኹንምበር፡ ባዕሉ እቲ ኣብ ኤርትራ ዘሎ ስርዓት፡ ኣብ ምዕራይን ጽገናን ኣይኣምንን እዩ። ሓደ መዓልቲ፡ ኣብቲ መፈለምታ እዋናት ናጽነት፡ ገለ ሽማግለታት ኤርትራውያን ናብ ፕረሲደንት ኢሳይያስ ቀሪቦም፡ ከማኽሩዎን ተሞክሮኦም ከካፍሉዎን ከም ዚደልዩ ሓቢሮምዎ ነይሮም። እቲ ንሱ ዝሃቦም መልሲ፡ ነቲ ናይቲ ስርዓት ባህርያት ግሩም ገይሩ እዩ ዘንጸባርቖ። ንሳቶም ናብኡ ምስ ቀረቡ፡ ሓሳባቶም ድማ ምስ ገለጹሉ፡ ”ንሕናኮ ነዚ ናጽነትዚ ብምኽርን ብማዕዳን ኣይኮናን ኣምጺእናዮ”፡ ብምባል እዩ ዝሰጎጎም!!

 

ነዚ ከምዚ ዝበለ ኣተሓሳስባን ኣረኣእያን ዘለዎ ስርዓት ድማ፡ ምሒኻ ምድርባዩ እንተ ዘይኮይኑ፡ ካልእ ኣማራጺ ኪህሉ ዚኽእል ኣይመስለንን።

    This is an excellent article.
    That said here is my two cents input.

    Overwhelming majority of Eritreans say they want real change. But what is “real change” ?
    I think they are saying “they don’t want see the regime of Mr. Iseyas” in the country.
    At least 8 out of 10 people questioned, want a radical change, which means, Eritrea without Higdef. The small sample is only indicative of what people think.
    Nowadays there are very few people who want reform this regime, with the exception of those who have some interest to keep it in place at any cost.
    But there are a few questions here:
    – The brutal regime has no intention of handing over power to people, even in the absence of Mr. Iseyas. What will happen when he is finally gone ?
    – In a country where institutions are methodically demolished, are we prepared for democracy ?
    – In a country where there is no constitution, law, and we lack national consensus on major national issues, how we will bring the country back to normality ?
    The list of questions is very long ..

    But one thing is sure: People like Filippos (and there are several hundreds like him) who lived most of their lives killing fellow country men, have no where to go. They will do everything they can to avoid any real change that eventually may bring them to justice.
    This is exactly what happened in Libya. Thousands of military, intelligence and security officers who worked for Gaddafi, when regime collapsed, joined the opposition rank and file, to protect themselves. Now that country is bleeding to death. It’s said, the Libyan branch of the so-called Islamic State is made mostly of former Libyan intelligence officers who killed thousands of people in the past.
    Besides, the sub-culture Higdef inculcated in the psyche and mind of people will take generations to eradicate.

    May Allah/God save Eritrea.

When he said we,I wonder who he was referring to? the answer was soon displayed for the whole world to see.The forces of change might not have acquired the proper tools to uproot and throw away any traces of HGDEF, however every little attempt made towards that goal is worth the effort. Mr.Sahle, you just sliced deep with the above article in accomplishing that goal. The road is hard and tortuous but we should keep on taking a wank at it.     When we have two people in a room, we have a couple. When we have more people in a room, we have politics. We don’t need politics, but politics is an inevitable consequence of humans interacting in groups, so we have to accept that politics will always be a part of our life, no matter how we organize our underlying society. Thus, what we do need is an effective system for organizing our society. That includes things like how we go about deciding the rules that govern; how our society functions, determining; how to accomplish things that need to be done but would not be done without adding change.
    In all cases, obviously, change is a major part of our lives, but how do we understand the idea of change and how do we think it should come about? What kinds of changes do we welcome or dread? here before go too further it has to be asked, does that old political system still suit our lives, or is there a better approach to create an entirely new and better system? Of course, there are two basic types of change that are polar opposites here. So that a great deal of difference between. OK!!
    Having stated the facts, we have revolution /radical change and reform/incremental change . Revolutionaries want to overthrow the government completely. They want to get rid of existing economic, political and social relations and create new ones. On the other side reformists want incremental changes. Unlike revolutionaries, however, they accept the basic structure of the current system. Thus, they are willing to work with to establish Constitution, Congress, parliament, democracy, and so on.
    As a result there has been a surprising amount of debate over which kind of change is better. Some people, promote the idea of innovation, Violation or radical change- a political spectrum leans towards extreme actions to get the desired results; the desire to be in power arguably led by an incentive to act in their own interests or the interests of their political party over the greater good of society. Others, believe that peaceful bit by bit, gradual improvements are better reform work within the system to alter it, and therefore routinely advocate for stricter laws and regulations and more effective government.

    we can draw the most accurate conclusions and make the best decisions possible for the concerns, and issues we face every day, be they mundane or impactful. And we might just all get along a better

    People who believe in radical often think that reformat change is too slow and there is no ground. Those that believe in reform change often believe that radical change is too risky and isn’t sustainable. So who is right? Which is the better form of change? I would argue that it is a stupid question. It’s like asking, Which is better – hot or cold? It’s nonsensical.

    Radical change is less big thinking, more small actions go go go… Meanwhile, it was pretty clear that the public was not much interested in radical change. If we want to make sustainable changes, then reformal change is preferable. To make matters worse, my interest in this radiculouse situation is the path of reform, not radical change
    .
    Let’s look at Mr. Amanuel case in point. He had an old TV and instead he bought a new one for just half the prize of the old. This is ridiculous to believe unless otherwise TV is just disposable junk that works for a month.. However, I am so sorry, this is a deception and outright lies to persuade people because he knows some people don’t want to hear or listen truth..

    As a result there has been a surprising amount of debate over which kind of change is better”……. at least you admit we are revolutionaries and that’s what is urgently needed like yesterday,if you are going to work with the current system,good luck! you’re going to end up looking,sounding and behaving like the system which you already are.Good people have tried that 20 years ago,the answer is in Mr.Sahle’s last paragraph.Which part of that statement don;t you understand? or you want it in Swahili.

      History is not something obscure. History plays a vital role in our everyday lives. Our history is integral to a good understanding of our condition/situation that allows us to build, and, as may well be necessary to change, upon a secure foundation. It is also vital to rely on how we treat people differently based on how we know them and It is easy to see that using the wrong dream to cling the notions of revolution could result in catastrophic failures.. Hence, neither revolution nor other similar options can be undertaken well without understanding its context .thoroughly.

      So You are just paper champion you have nothing to back it up statement. You pretend only to be scary but you cann’t; all bark and no bite. If your choice and wish is direct confrontation or friction with the military powers for change so what are you are waiting here. Or whom are waiting for? Dear fellow countrymen do not fool the innocent youngisters.
